Alexia Alexander is a Colorado native who grew up admiring the art her parents made. Despite this, she herself only started seriously approaching art in her last year of highschool. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Studio Art at Colorado Mesa University with a concentration on drawing, painting, and printmaking. She also has a non-traditional minor in forensic anthropology as a result of her love for science. This education has developed her interest in anatomy and osteology which are reflected in her work that centers around the human figure and skeleton. Outside of her educational life, she commonly spends her time reading and caring for stray cats in her neighborhood.
